Waxed cotton — never machine wash, never dry clean. Sponge with cold water, hang to dry, re-wax once a year with our own dressing or send it to our trusted British specialists. The full guide.
Tweed & knitwear — brush, air, and dry clean when it really needs it. Fold knitwear; never hang it.
Quilted — cool machine wash on a gentle cycle, reshape, dry flat away from heat.
UK delivery — free on orders over £100, £5 under. Dispatched from Staffordshire; usually with you in 2–4 working days.
Europe & rest of world — £15 for small items under £25, £35 otherwise. Allow 5–12 working days. Customs duties outside the UK are payable to the courier on delivery.
Returns & exchanges — within 30 days of receipt, unworn with tags on. Pop the returns form in the parcel and send it tracked to our Wolverhampton returns department; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty, in which case we refund it. Refund or exchange confirmed by email as soon as it's back.
