Introducing Tom our sales assistant at our Barton Marina store, Tom is one of the faces of the brand at our flagship store in Barton Marina. If you have visited our store you might have seen him welcoming people into the store with a smile followed by a helpful "how can l help"
As our sales assistant, we are lucky to have Tom on our team. Tom has been with us since August last year, Tom has really stood out when it comes to customer service and his wiliness to go above and beyond for the customers.
Here's what he had to say about his role at John Partridge...
What do you like about your job?
I really like interacting with the customers on a day to day basis, finding out a bit more about what they like and seeing the different JP products and garments they pick out. I also enjoy hearing about their experiences and memories and sometimes getting to see the older jackets that customers bring in to show us.
What's your favourite John Partridge product?
My favourite JP product is the Landowner casual walking jacket in navy, l like this product because of the trendy look and the patterned checked lining, as well as its nice and warm even if your out is the countryside.
