Once we perfected the pattern, the next step is fabric! Finding the right tweed is just one step of the process, creating the idea and look of the jacket is where the journey really starts. Once the design is finalised, it's up to our amazing garment technologist to make sure it can be manufactured properly. This involves selecting the right materials and construction processes, as well as working closely with the production team to ensure everything comes together. Ultimately the goal is to create a jacket that looks good and fits even better. 

 

Once the fabric has been picked and the designs have been finalised, it's now time for our amazing sewing machinists to really shine. With over 30 years of experience in the field, our sewing machinists know how to bring the garments to life and that includes the Arena Tweed Blazers.
